PAYMENT & SHIPPING DETAILS
Payment:
At Pluto Designs Studio PAPEL, all orders are on a first-payment basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Payment is required upon checkout, where you can choose from our available payment options. Once your payment is complete, please send us proof of payment or a screenshot of the transaction.
Shipping:
Once we receive your payment confirmation, we will prepare and ship your items within 3-6 business days. We have partnered with J&T Express as our courier, offering a flat-rate shipping fee nationwide, regardless of the weight or bulk of your order. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email associated with your transaction, allowing you to track your shipment.
We also offer same-day delivery via Lalamove or Grab upon request. Please note that all shipping fees, including same-day delivery charges, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
